Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic, results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for connecting with prospective clients, understanding their requirements, presenting our services/products, and closing sales to meet revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

Connect with potential customers through cold calling, warm leads, and follow-ups.

Understand customer needs and pitch appropriate products or services effectively.

Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Build and sustain positive relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.

Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales status in the CRM system.





Handle customer objections professionally and guide them toward a successful conversion.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education: High School / Diploma / Graduate in any field.

Experience: 0–2 years in telecalling, inside sales, or customer service (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply).

Skills

Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.

Persuasive negotiation abilities and a sales-driven mindset.

Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Web Browsing, CRM tools).

Fluency in English and Hindi (Knowledge of regional languages is a plus).

Work Schedule & Shift Details

Shift Timings: Day Shift (09:30 AM – 07:00 PM)

Working Days: 5.5 Days a week (Rotational Week Off)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
