SALES EXECUTIVE – TOYS & EDUCATIONAL PRODUCTS

Location: North Delhi & West Delhi

Preferred Candidate

Candidate preferably residing in North Delhi or West Delhi and having valuable knowledge of the local retail markets.

Experience in toys, stationery, books, kids products, FMCG or distributor-based retail sales will be preferred.

Job Responsibilities

- Visit toy shops, stationery stores, book stores, gift shops, kids stores, wholesalers and other relevant retailers daily in the assigned North/West Delhi territory.
- Present and promote the company’s range of toys, educational games, puzzles and learning productsto retailers.
- Generate daily orders for the company’s appointed distributor from existing and new retail outlets.
- Identify and open new retail accounts and continuously increase the number of active outlets in the territory.
- Approach chain stores, large retailers and key accounts and generate direct business for the company wherever applicable.
- Regularly follow up with existing retailers for repeat orders, new launches and stock replenishment.
- Ensure good product visibility and display at retail stores and encourage retailers to stock a wider range of company products.
- Build strong relationships with shop owners, buyers, store managers and distributor sales staff.
- Collect information about competitor products, prices, schemes,



new launches and market demandand report important feedback to the company.
- Maintain a simple daily visit and order report showing shops visited, orders booked, new customers contacted and follow-ups required.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred
- Preferably 1–3 years of field sales experience
- Stationery / kids products / FMCG experience preferred
- Good knowledge of North Delhi and/or West Delhi retail markets
- Comfortable visiting the market every working day
- Good communication and convincing skills in Hindi; basic English preferred
- Own two-wheeler must
- Energetic, disciplined and strongly focused on generating orders

Key performance will be measured on:
- Daily productive shop visits
- Daily/weekly order generation
- New retailers opened
- Repeat orders from existing retailers
- Sales growth of the distributor
- Direct orders developed from chain stores/key accounts
- Expansion of company products across North & West Delhi

Compensation Fixed Salary + Travel/Petrol Allowance + Performance Incentive

Salary will depend upon experience, existing market knowledge and previous sales performance.

Preference: Candidates already living in North Delhi or West Delhi and familiar with FMCG/Stationery/Books/ toy/retail markets in these areas.

Pay: ₹15,500.00 - ₹25,500.00 per month
