We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Female Sales Executive to join our sales team in Meerut. The candidate will be responsible for customer calling, lead follow-up, client communication, customer retention, and managing existing customer relationships.

Role & responsibilities

- Make regular outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements and explain suitable electrical products/services.
- Maintain solid relationships with existing/old customers and ensure customer retention.
- Communicate with clients through phone, email, and other professional channels.
- Follow up on quotations, enquiries, orders, and pending requirements.
- Handle customer queries professionally and ensure timely resolution.




- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to generate repeat business.

Preferred candidate profile

- Female candidates with 14 years of sales/customer calling experience preferred.
- Prior experience in telecalling, inside sales, customer relationship management, or B2B sales will be an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good command of English and Hindi.
- Confident and persuasive communication style.
- Strong follow-up and customer-handling skills.
