- Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating business
- Collaborating with Sales and Leadership to secure, retain, and grow Sales/Revenue.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals for projects like Gold Refining Plants, PGM Refining Systems, and Essential Oil Extraction Units.
- Study customer inquiries, specifications, and drawings to prepare cost estimates and quotations. components, assemblies, and complete systems.
- Coordinate with the Design, Procurement, and Project teams to finalize technical offers.
- Communicate with clients to clarify technical and commercial queries.
- Follow up with customers on proposals, tenders, and negotiation stages.
- Maintain and update proposal documentation and quotation databases.
- Prepare cost sheets, BOQs, and scope of supply documents.
- Support the sales team in pre-bid meetings, tender submissions, and presentations.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports and assist in achieving company targets.
- Consistently attain the assigned targets and beyond in sales, marketing by identifying, nurturing and closing leads, existing as well as current and bringing timely sales revenue including collections always
