Our indigenously developed solutions include Checkweighers, Case Erectors, Case Packers, Palletizers, Secondary Baggers, Vertical Form Fill Seal Machines (VFFS), and Conveyor Systems. As we continue to expand globally, we are looking for a motivated Sales Engineer to grow with us.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new customers and projects while managing existing accounts
- Generate sales leads, identify opportunities, and achieve assigned sales targets
- Develop strong technical understanding of packaging automation solutions
- Track market trends and support sales forecasting and strategy
- Maintain accurate sales records and CRM data
- Build strong relationships with engineering consultants, system integrators, and end users
- Support pricing, sales budgeting, and performance reviews
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings
- Negotiate contracts,



commercial terms, and conditions
- Collaborate with design, engineering, production, and R&D; teams to customize solutions
- Understand customer requirements and support technical solution design
- Attend after-sales service visits when required

Candidate Requirements
- Experience: 1–2 years (preferred in packaging automation or industrial machinery)
- Education: Diploma or Engineering degree (MBA/PG in Marketing is an advantage)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Good time management and ability to work under pressure
- Sound commercial understanding with technical and negotiation skills
- Enthusiastic, team-oriented, and comfortable using digital tools
