Job Summary

Agrolt Solutions is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Sales Executives / Sales Engineers to join our growing team. The role involves field sales, customer interaction, business development, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.

Visit clients and potential customers for product presentations and sales discussions.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

Generate leads and convert them into sales.

Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.

Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.

Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to the management.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service.

Travel regularly within the assigned territory for field sales activities.

Candidate Requirements

Qualification:



BBA / B.Tech or equivalent.

Freshers are welcome to apply.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong sales and negotiation skills.

Willingness to travel and work in field sales.

Self-motivated with a positive attitude.

Strong interest in building a career in Sales & Business Development.
