Role Overview

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented skilled to handle purchase coordination, vendor management, quotations, and order processing.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle product inquiries and prepare quotations.
- Source products and coordinate with vendors.
- Negotiate pricing and manage vendor communication.
- Process purchase orders and coordinate timely delivery.
- Follow up with vendors for order status and dispatch.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing.
- Maintain vendor records and purchase-related documentation.

Requirements

- 3–5 years of experience in purchase coordination or related roles.




- Good communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Strong team coordination and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build positive working relationships and maintain strong team bonding.
- Proficiency in MS Office/CRM.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
