Job Summary

We are looking for an organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in managing customer orders, documentation, coordination, and day-to-day sales operations. The candidate will act as a link between the Sales Team, Customers, Dispatch, Production, and Management.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with the sales team for customer orders, quotations, and sales-related activities.
- Prepare and maintain sales orders, quotations, invoices, and other sales documents.
- Coordinate with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and pending requirements.
- Follow up on orders, payments, dispatches, and deliveries.
- Coordinate with the Production and Dispatch teams to ensure timely order execution.
- Maintain and update sales reports, order status, customer databases, and MIS.
- Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution by coordinating with the concerned departments.
- Maintain proper records of sales enquiries, orders, dispatches, and payments.




- Assist the sales team in preparing daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
- Coordinate with Accounts for billing, outstanding payments, and payment follow-ups.
- Track pending orders and provide regular updates to the sales team and management.
- Support the sales team in their day-to-day administrative and coordination activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline; B.Com / BBA /B.A / B.Sc
- 48 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator / Sales Support Executive.
- Experience in Manufacturing / Building Materials / ACP / HPL / Laminates / WPC / Facade industry will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.

- Well-organized and detail-oriented.
- Solid coordination and follow-up skills.
- Should be comfortable coordinating with Sales team.
