Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the sales team and customers regarding inquiries and orders.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales-related documents.
- Follow up with clients for orders, payments, and feedback.
- Maintain customer databases and sales records.
- Handle email correspondence and telephone communication professionally.
- Coordinate with internal departments for order processing and dispatch.
- Assist in generating leads and supporting business development activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Ensure timely response to customer queries and requirements.
Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers can also apply.
- Prior experience in sales coordination, customer support, or back-office operations will be an added advantage.
