nAbout the Role

nSales Consultant | Delhi | Immediate Hiring

n

nWe are urgently Looking to hire Sales Consultant for our "Delhi office". A confident, target-driven professional with strong English communication skills who can handle inbound/online leads, speak with prospective clients and manage the sales follow-up process from initial enquiry until payment collection.

n

nResponsibilities

n

n
- Handle and respond to "online/inbound leads", including leads generated through Meta and other digital platforms.
n
- Call prospective clients and understand/qualify their requirements.
n
- Coordinate a brief consultation with the relevant lawyer, where required.
n
- Share proposals and quotations with prospective clients.
n
- Consistently follow up with leads to drive conversion.
n
- Follow up on invoices and "payment collection".
n
- Maintain proper records and update lead status.
n
- Meet "monthly sales and conversion targets".
n

n

nQualifications

nGraduate in :

nBusiness Administration (BBA)

nCommerce (B.Com)

nArts (BA)

nMarketing

nMass Communication

n

nRequired Skills

n

n




- Minimum 1+ year of experience in telesales, inside sales, lead conversion, client servicing or a similar role.
n
- Fluent English communication is mandatory.
n
- Confident and professional telephone communication.
n
- Strong follow-up and persuasion skills.
n
- Comfortable working with "sales targets and KPIs".
n

n

nPreferred Skills

n

n
- Experience handling online/Meta leads will be preferred.
n
- Candidates with experience in "legal, qualified services, consultancy, BPO, banking, insurance, real estate or other service-based sales" will be preferred.
n
- Immediate joiners preferred.
n

nPay range and compensation package

n

n
- Salary: Rupees 35000/- to 50,000 and Negotiable, based on experience and interview
