Job Summary

We're hiring a Sales Support Executive for a role built on two clear priorities: 60% Sales Support (managing enquiries, quotations, orders, and existing customers) and 40% New Inside Lead Generation (proactively hunting new customers and enquiries). This is a target-driven, incentive-heavy role, not a back-office position.

SALES SUPPORT : 60%What You'll Do

- Respond to enquiries and send quotations rapid within 1 hour for regular stock items, same-day for special items
- Chase every open enquiry/quotation daily until it closes - no enquiry left cold
- Create and process Sales Orders with 100% accuracy (rate, GST, terms, delivery)
- Drive payment collection and invoice follow-up
- Grow your assigned existing customer base - repeat orders,



reactivate dormant accounts
- Keep CRM/ERP fully updated- every call, every status, every next action NEW INSIDE LEAD GENERATION : 40%What You'll Do

- Cold call and generate new leads via LinkedIn, IndiaMART, referrals, and industry contacts
- Bring a minimum of 10 genuinely new customers every month -Convert new leads into first enquiry ,First quotation ,first order

- Proactively create new enquiries from untapped prospects, not just respond to inbound ones

Own new customer acquisition as a measurable, incentivized target - not an occasional activity

- What We're Looking For
- Strong follow-up discipline and CRM/documentation habits
- Prior experience in B2B inside sales, quotation, or order processing
- Experience in electrical/cables/automation/solar industry preferred, but not mandatory

A self-starter comfortable balancing account management with active hunting
