Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This position is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and promoting the company’s packaging products across relevant markets. Daily tasks include conducting sales visits, preparing proposals and quotations, coordinating product presentations, and supporting negotiations to close deals.

The role also involves planning and executing marketing activities, tracking market trends and competitor activity,



and collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and high customer satisfaction. The specialist will maintain accurate sales reports, participate in training and product knowledge sessions, and contribute to growth strategies for the company’s portfolio.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and support client needs effectively.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to generate leads, manage pipelines, and achieve revenue targets.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to guide team members, distributors, or clients on product features and usage.
- Experience in B2B sales, preferably in packaging, plastics, or related manufacturing industries, is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, conduct regular client visits, and travel locally as needed.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., CRM tools, spreadsheets, presentations) and data-driven decision-making.
- Solid negotiation, planning, and organization abilities, with a results-oriented and ethical approach to sales.
- A diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
