Role Description The Sales and Marketing Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The intern will support the sales team by engaging with potential homebuyers, explaining project features, and assisting in property site visits and client follow-ups. Daily responsibilities include helping execute marketing campaigns, maintaining customer databases, preparing sales and promotional materials, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely responses to inquiries.





The role also involves gathering market insights, participating in sales meetings and training sessions, and contributing ideas to improve customer reach and brand visibility. This position offers hands-on experience in real estate sales and marketing and exposure to a fast-growing, customer-focused organization.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with prospective and existing clients.
- Interest and foundational knowledge in Sales and Sales Management to support lead generation, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Ability to participate in Training activities and apply learning to on-ground sales and marketing initiatives.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles, social media, and promotional activities; familiarity with real estate marketing is an advantage.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Comfort working in office in Hyderabad, with a proactive attitude, high integrity, and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and the ability to maintain organized records; knowledge of local languages will be beneficial.
