We’re looking for someone who can help us answer one question:

“How can we get more of the right clients?”

Bokehads is a premium wedding photography & films company based in Kochi, working with couples across India and worldwide.

We’re looking for a Marketing & Growth Intern who can go beyond social media and help us think about how Bokehads should market itself, reach better clients and generate more enquiries and bookings.

This role is for someone who enjoys thinking, researching, experimenting and finding opportunities.

What you’ll do

You’ll work closely with the founders to explore and execute ideas around:

- Finding new ways to generate quality wedding enquiries
- Researching our ideal clients and understanding how they discover wedding photographers
- Identifying new markets, locations and client segments we can target
- Exploring opportunities among destination and NRI weddings
- Researching wedding planners, venues, luxury hotels, influencers, brands and other potential partners
- Finding potential collaborations and referral channels
- Studying competitors and identifying gaps and opportunities
- Analysing our existing marketing efforts and suggesting what we can improve
- Exploring recent platforms, communities, partnerships and marketing channels
- Helping improve our enquiry-to-booking journey and conversion process
- Coming up with campaigns, offers, experiences or initiatives that can generate enquiries
- Tracking where our leads come from and what actually converts into business
- Turning ideas into small experiments and measuring the results
- Bringing fresh ideas to the table — even if they’re outside traditional wedding marketing

This is NOT just a social media role.



You may work with Instagram, Google, Meta Ads and Canva, but those are only tools.

The bigger question is

How do we make more people discover Bokehads, understand its value, trust the brand and eventually book us?

We want someone who is interested in solving that problem.

Who would be a good fit?

You don’t necessarily need a marketing degree.

We’re more interested in how you think.

You might be a great fit if you:

- Are naturally curious and constantly looking for better ways to do things
- Enjoy researching businesses, brands and markets
- Can identify opportunities others might overlook
- Have strong communication and presentation skills
- Understand how people discover and choose brands today
- Are comfortable working with numbers, research and basic data
- Can turn an idea into an actionable plan
- Are proactive and comfortable taking ownership
- Have an interest in branding, business, sales, weddings, photography, fashion, travel or premium lifestyle brands

What you’ll learn You’ll get hands-on exposure to how a creative business actually grows — including:

Marketing → Lead Generation → Sales → Client Experience → Brand Building

You’ll work directly with the founders and have the opportunity to see your ideas move from “What if we tried this?” to actual campaigns, enquiries and results.
