Role Overview

AAA Technologies is hiring sales and business development professionals to acquire new clients and grow its audit and compliance services business. The role covers lead generation, client engagement, proposal development, negotiation, and sales closure.

Service Areas

Cybersecurity Audit • IT Infrastructure Audit • DPDP Audit • ISO Audit and Advisory • Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) • SOC Audit • Process Audit • Forensic Audit

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify leads through outreach, networking, referrals, and industry events.
- Engage with IT, information security, compliance, risk, and procurement decision-makers to understand their audit requirements.
- Present relevant services and coordinate technical discussions with audit and delivery teams.
- Prepare proposals and quotations, support RFP responses, negotiate commercial terms, and close opportunities.
- Build client relationships and identify repeat business and cross-selling opportunities.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, provide forecasts,



and achieve assigned revenue and client acquisition targets.
- Coordinate the handover of closed engagements to delivery teams and support commercial follow-ups.

Additional Responsibilities for the Business Development Manager
- Develop business development plans, manage key accounts, and drive revenue growth.
- Guide the sales team, review the pipeline, and support closure of key opportunities.

Candidate Requirements

- 34 years of B2B sales or business development experience in cybersecurity, IT audit, risk, compliance, or related consulting services.
- Experience selling one or more of the listed services, with a track record of acquiring clients and meeting sales targets.
- Solid communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Working knowledge of audit and compliance concepts, proposal preparation, and sales pipeline management.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience with enterprise clients in Delhi NCR is an advantage.
