Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage key accounts, including identifying new business opportunities, developing sales strategies, and building relationships with clients.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement manufacturing processes that meet customer needs.

- Develop and maintain solid partnerships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy development.

- Provide technical support to customers on product usage, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complaints.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 5-8 years of experience in a similar role within the industrial equipment/machinery industry.

- B.Tech degree in Computers or related field; MBA preferred.

- Proven track record of success in managing key accounts, driving revenue growth, and improving customer satisfaction.
