We’re looking for a Sales Advisor to join our team at Kodakara, Thrissur.
What You’ll Do
- Connect with customers through phone calls
- Understand their needs and recommend the right Malayalam courses and books
- Explain our products clearly in Malayalam and English
- Follow up with interested customers and convert enquiries into sales
- Build positive, long-term relationships with customers
Who We’re Looking For
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and English
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
- Friendly, positive, and persuasive communication style
- Customer-focused with a genuine interest in helping people
- Sales experience is an advantage, but enthusiasm and communication skills matter most
