Role & Responsibilities

- Ensure implementation of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) procedures at project sites.

- Conduct regular site safety inspections and identify unsafe conditions and practices.

- Ensure proper use of PPE such as helmets, safety shoes, gloves, safety harnesses, and other required equipment.

- Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and daily safety briefings for technicians and workers.

- Monitor safe working practices during HVAC installation, maintenance, lifting, work at height, electrical work, and other site activities.

- Prepare and maintain safety documentation, inspection reports, checklists, and records.

- Conduct risk assessments and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) for site activities.

- Ensure compliance with client safety requirements and applicable safety standards.

- Report and investigate accidents, near misses, and unsafe incidents and recommend corrective actions.

- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, supervisors, and technicians regarding safety requirements.

- Monitor housekeeping and ensure proper storage and handling of tools and materials.

- Ensure emergency procedures, fire safety equipment, and evacuation arrangements are properly maintained.

- Follow up on corrective and preventive actions until closure.





- Support management in maintaining a strong safety culture across all project sites.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Diploma / Degree in Safety Engineering, Industrial Safety, or a related field.

- Candidates with relevant experience in construction, MEP, HVAC, or industrial projects preferred.

- Freshers with relevant safety qualifications may also apply.

- Good knowledge of site safety procedures, PPE, risk assessment, JSA, and toolbox talks.

- Knowledge of work-at-height, lifting operations, electrical safety, and fire safety.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to prepare safety reports and maintain documentation.

- Willing to travel to project sites as required.

- Responsible, alert, and capable of identifying and addressing unsafe conditions.
