The Fresh Factory is looking for someone who enjoys selling, talking to people and understanding good ingredients.

Our StockRoom isnt a conventional grocery store. It’s a curated selection of products we believe deserve shelf space — from fresh produce and dairy to breads, pantry staples, beverages and clean-label products.

We’re looking for someone who can own the retail floor and turn that curation into a great customer experience.

What you’ll do:

- Engage with customers and understand what they’re looking for
- Recommend products and explain what makes them different
- Drive retail sales and work towards monthly targets
- Keep an eye on availability, quick-moving products and out-of-stocks
- Maintain displays, merchandising and overall shelf presentation
- Coordinate with the inventory and purchase teams for replenishment
- Learn the products deeply — ingredients, sourcing, usage and alternatives
- Build relationships with regular customers and encourage repeat purchases

Who we’re looking for:

Someone confident, articulate and genuinely comfortable on the shop floor. Previous experience in premium retail, gourmet food, FMCG, supermarkets, organic/health food or hospitality is preferred.
