Position: Research Associate – Process R&D;

Experience: 2–6 Years

Location: Gajraula

Qualification: M.Sc. / Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry / Applied Chemistry / Industrial Chemistry

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and optimize chemical processes through laboratory experimentation.
- Perform organic synthesis, route scouting and reaction optimization.
- Work on process troubleshooting, impurity profiling and yield improvement.
- Support scale-up from laboratory to pilot/commercial manufacturing.
- Handle technology transfer and plant trials.
- Work on process safety, documentation and continuous process improvement.
- Collaborate with Production, QC/Analytical, QA, EHS and Engineering teams.

Key Skills Required:

- Reaction Optimization
