- Source business through DSA & DST channels.
- Handle the complete sales process from lead generation to loan disbursement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, DSAs, and channel partners.
- Understand customer financial requirements and suggest suitable loan products.
- Collect and verify required customer and property documents.
- Coordinate with credit, operations, and other internal teams for smooth processing.




- Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
- Ensure proper follow-up with customers and channel partners.

Candidate

Requirements - Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in Home Loan / LAP / Mortgage Loan sales.

- Experience working on DSA/DST verticals is preferred/required.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Strong sales and customer-handling abilities.
- CIBIL score: 600 or above.
- Maximum age: 38 years.
- Candidates should have valuable knowledge of the Home Loan/LAP sales process.
