Job Summary

We are looking for a Registration Executive with experience in the Automobile Dealership Industry to manage vehicle registration and RTO-related activities. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with customers, RTO offices, agents, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of vehicle registration formalities.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end vehicle registration and RTO-related documentation.
- Coordinate with RTO offices for new vehicle registration, ownership transfer, tax, fitness, permits, and other related activities.
- Prepare and verify required documents for vehicle registration.
- Coordinate with customers for collection and submission of necessary documents.
- Follow up with RTO officials and registration agents for timely completion of processes.
- Maintain accurate records of registration status, pending documents, fees, and RTO transactions.
- Ensure all registration-related activities are completed within the required timelines.
- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Administration, and other departments regarding registration requirements.
- Handle RTO queries, corrections, and documentation issues.
- Maintain proper records of registration expenses, receipts, challans, and other related documents.




- Regularly update the management/team regarding pending and completed registrations.
- Visit RTO offices when required for registration and related formalities.

Eligibility & Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in vehicle registration/RTO-related activities, preferably in an Automobile Dealership.
- Good knowledge of RTO procedures and vehicle registration documentation.
- Experience in handling commercial/passenger vehicle registration will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to follow up with multiple stakeholders and complete tasks within deadlines.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office/Excel.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence is preferred.
- Candidates with experience in Tata Motors or other automobile dealerships will be preferred.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
