1. Responsible for calling on the leads-renewals data shared by the company
2. Follow up calls on the already existing Care Renewals Policy data
3. In-house-Office Job only-No field work required
4. It's an outbound and inbound process.
5. Responsible for briefing the customer about the product & extra benefits or offers.
6. Responsible for convincing the customers to renew the policy, port the policy and closing the lead.
7. Responsible for achieving the given targets.
