We are looking for an experienced Regional Marketing Head to drive commercial growth, market leadership and patient acquisition across the region.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute regional sales & marketing strategies aligned with revenue, patient volume, occupancy, ARPOB and market-share objectives.
- Drive B2B and B2C initiatives across digital marketing, corporate partnerships, doctor engagement and community outreach.
- Build solid relationships with consultants, referral doctors, corporates, insurance/TPA partners and key healthcare stakeholders.
- Drive patient acquisition, specialty growth and brand-building initiatives.
- Lead, mentor and develop the regional sales & marketing team.
- Partner closely with clinical, operations, finance and hospital leadership to achieve business objectives.

What We're Looking For

- 10–15 years of relevant experience in healthcare/hospital sales, marketing, business development or commercial leadership.
- Experience in a multi-specialty hospital or healthcare network preferred.
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Healthcare Management or a related discipline preferred.
- Strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management and team leadership skills.
