Key Responsibilities:
- Drive SME/LAP business and achieve regional disbursement & portfolio targets
- Lead, mentor and manage Sales/RM teams
- Develop new markets, customers and channel partnerships
- Ensure quality sourcing, credit coordination and timely disbursement
- Monitor portfolio quality, DPD/PAR, collections and risk
- Manage branch-wise performance, productivity and business pipeline
- Build robust relationships with SME/MSME customers and business partners
Candidate Profile:
- 812 years of experience in SME / LAP / Business Loans / MSME / Secured Lending
- 5+ years in a regional/area leadership role preferred
- Strong team management, sales, credit and portfolio management skills
- Experience in NBFC/Banking/Financial Services preferred
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
