About the role:

Contrans Group is looking for a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment and build a strong talent pipeline across various functions. The role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordination, offer management, and ensuring smooth candidate onboarding. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, sourcing, follow-up, and recruitment skills, with hands-on experience in Naukri and LinkedIn .

Key Responsibilities:-

- Manage end-to-end recruitment from requirement to joining.
- Understand manpower requirements and prepare/review Job Descriptions .
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, consultants and job portals .
- Conduct Boolean searches, CV screening and initial HR interviews .
- Coordinate interviews and follow up on feedback and candidate status .
- Handle salary negotiation,



notice-period discussion and offer coordination .
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining .
- Maintain candidate pipelines, databases and recruitment trackers/MIS .
- Coordinate joining formalities, onboarding and background verification .
- Manage recruitment consultants/agencies when required.
- Maintain proper recruitment records and documentation.

Required Skills: -

1. Strong knowledge of Recruitment & Talent Acquisition .
2. Hands-on experience with Naukri & LinkedIn .
3. Strong sourcing, screening and interviewing skills.
4. Knowledge of Boolean search and recruitment techniques .
5. Excellent communication, coordination and follow-up skills.

Qualifications

1. Post Graduation MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred from regular college.
2. Candidate should be from freight forwarding.
