Job Summary

We are hiring a Recruitment Calling Executive to support our recruitment team in sourcing and connecting with candidates for various job openings. The role involves candidate calling, screening, follow-ups, interview coordination, and maintaining recruitment records.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to candidates from job portals and recruitment databases.
- Explain job openings, job responsibilities, salary, location, and other employment details.
- Screen candidates based on experience, skills, qualifications, and job requirements.
- Identify suitable candidates and share relevant profiles with the recruitment team.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct regular follow-ups regarding interviews, selection, documentation, and joining.
- Maintain accurate candidate information and update recruitment databases.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and recruitment targets.
- Maintain daily calling, follow-up, and candidate status reports.
- Source candidates through job portals, databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Ensure skilled communication and a positive candidate experience.

Requirements





- 0–2 years of experience in Recruitment, HR, Telecalling, Talent Acquisition, or Candidate Sourcing preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable making a high volume of recruitment calls.
- Good candidate convincing and follow-up skills.
- Ability to understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working with deadlines.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn can also apply.

Preferred Candidate
