We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team in Pune. The ideal candidate should have experience in end-to-end recruitment, including blue-collar hiring, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, stakeholder management, and recruitment operations.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Understand manpower requirements and job specifications from hiring managers.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar, entry-level, and other organizational roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, recruitment consultants, local networks, walk-ins, and other channels.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of blue-collar candidates for current and future hiring requirements.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, qualifications, availability, and role fitment.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates and stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
- Manage offer discussions, salary negotiations, documentation,



and joining formalities.
- Coordinate candidate mobilization and joining for blue-collar positions.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring records.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Prepare and share recruitment MIS and hiring reports.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills and Experience :-

- Minimum 1+ year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Prior experience in blue-collar recruitment and bulk hiring will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Experience using job portals, social media, referrals, consultants, and local hiring networks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust coordination, negotiation, and stakeholder-management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring targets.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment tracking tools.
- Willingness to work from Pune.
