Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment activities. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing suitable candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews and ensuring successful closures and joining.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions.
- Understand job requirements from clients/hiring managers.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, social media and other channels.
- Search, shortlist and screen candidates as per the job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic/online interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate salary/CTC and support the offer process.
- Ensure selected candidates complete the joining formalities.
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
- Achieve recruitment targets and maintain timely closures.




- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Take regular feedback from clients/hiring managers regarding candidate profiles and interviews.
- Maintain professional relationships with candidates and clients.

Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn.
- Valuable follow-up and convincing skills.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong coordination and interpersonal skills.

Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA/PG Diploma in HR will be an added advantage.

Salary & Benefits Salary: Up to 30,000 per month, depending on experience and interview performance.

Location: Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur
