Role & responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining for showroom and corporate/support positions.
- Plan and execute high-volume recruitment for Sales Executives, Brand Advisors, Guest Care, Cashiers, Back Office, Team Leaders, Floor Managers, Branch Managers and other roles.
- Work closely with Regional Heads and Cluster Managers to understand and close manpower requirements.
- Plan and conduct Walk-in / Mega Recruitment Drives.
- Develop and manage multiple sourcing channels job portals, referrals, social media, agencies, local sourcing, institutes and databases.
- Screen candidates and ensure quality profiles are shortlisted as per role requirements and Vijay Sales culture.
- Drive Selection Offer Joining conversion through structured follow-ups.
- Maintain daily recruitment MIS covering open positions, sourcing, interviews, selections, offers and joining status.
- Build talent pipelines in advance for new showroom openings and upcoming manpower requirements.




- Identify recruitment challenges and implement corrective actions to improve hiring efficiency.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and clear communication throughout the recruitment process.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
- 5 to 8 years of recruitment experience, preferably in Retail / Consumer Durables / FMCG / Hospitality / Telecom or other high-volume industries.
- Solid experience in frontline and mass hiring.
- Excellent sourcing, interviewing, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong follow-up, ownership and result orientation.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, recruitment MIS and hiring metrics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
