You will lead our full-cycle recruitment process, finding and hiring top-tier talent for our luxury locations, including Spa manager, guest relation executive, front desk receptionists, and salon managers. Key Responsibilities ;-
Sourcing & Talent Attraction
- Partner with Leadership: Consult with salon and spa managers to understand staffing needs, shift requirements, and team goals across all locations.
- Multi-Channel Sourcing:
Source active and passive candidates using skilled networking platforms, social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook), job boards, and local beauty/wellness schools.
- Industry Networking: Build relationships with local cosmetology academies, esthetics training centers, and industry associations.
- Pipeline Building: Maintain an active database and candidate pipeline for high-demand roles (e.g., master stylists, licensed massage therapists).
