- The Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting suitable candidates for overseas employment opportunities across the GCC, Europe, and other international markets.
- The Recruiter will coordinate closely with telecallers, documentation, mobilization, branch offices, agents, and the Head Office to ensure timely fulfillment of client manpower requirements.
Job Requirements :
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or staffing industry.
- Proven track record in managing bulk hiring projects from start to finish.
- Excellent client management skills with ability to build long-term relationships.
