About ZETO

ZETO is an electric mobility company providing EV scooters on rental to gig delivery partners and other users. We are looking for a responsible and field-oriented Recovery Agent to handle overdue rental cases, coordinate with riders, and recover company-owned scooters and related assets when required.

Key Responsibilities

- Follow up with riders having overdue rental payments or expired subscriptions.
- Contact riders through calls, WhatsApp, and field visits for payment or vehicle recovery.
- Recover ZETO-owned scooters from riders in accordance with company procedures and applicable law.
- Coordinate with the Renewal Team, Hub Team and Operations Team for recovery cases.
- Verify scooter condition and company assets at the time of recovery.
- Recover associated company property where applicable, such as keys, batteries, helmets and other accessories.
- Ensure recovered scooters are safely returned to the designated ZETO hub.
- Maintain proper documentation, photographs, recovery acknowledgement, and handover records.
- Update the recovery status in the company CRM/dashboard.




- Track assigned cases and provide daily recovery reports to the Operations Manager.
- Escalate non-responsive, disputed, missing-vehicle, or other exceptional cases to management rather than taking unauthorized action.
- Maintain professional and respectful communication with riders during the recovery process.
- Follow company safety, compliance, and field-operation procedures at all times.

Candidate Requirements
- Qualification: 10+2 / Graduate preferred.
- Prior experience in field recovery, fleet operations, vehicle rental, logistics, collections, or field operations is preferred.
- Good knowledge of Chandigarh, Zirakpur, Mohali, Panchkula and nearby areas.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and Punjabi.
- Comfortable with field work and local travel.
- Smartphone and basic knowledge of Google Maps/WhatsApp required.
- Valid driving licence preferred.
- Robust documentation, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Work Location: Zirakpur / Chandigarh Tricity – Field Based

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
