Neelavath Softwares is hiring an energetic and enthusiastic Receptionist & Telecalling Executive to manage front-office operations, handle student enquiries and generate walk-ins for our training institute.
The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude and an interest in counselling students about our training programs.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls, student enquiries and walk-in visitors.
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and generate walk-ins for course counselling.
- Explain available training programs, course details and admission procedures.
- Follow up with interested students through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Schedule counselling appointments and coordinate with the admission team.
- Maintain daily calling reports, lead records and follow-up details.
- Manage reception activities and basic office administration.
- Achieve daily calling, appointment and walk-in generation targets.
Candidate Requirements
- Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of experience can apply.
- Good communication skills in Tamil; basic English preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge,
including MS Excel.
- Good interpersonal skills and a professional attitude.
- Ability to handle enquiries and convert interested leads into walk-ins.
- Previous telecalling or educational counselling experience is an advantage.
