- Make approximately 150 outbound calls per day to prospective real estate clients.
- Explain property projects, offers, and available units to potential customers.
- Generate leads, follow up with clients, and schedule property visits.
- Convince and engage customers through effective communication and sales skills.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Achieve assigned daily and monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- Must be currently residing in Pune.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Robust convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and comfortable making a high volume of calls.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
