Real Estate Agent –

Responsibilities:

- Generate and follow up with property leads.

- Connect with buyers, sellers, and property owners.

- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties.

- Arrange and conduct property/site visits.

- Handle client communication and negotiations.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

- Assist clients throughout the property buying and selling process.

- Maintain records of leads, clients, and property listings.

- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth deal closure.

- Stay updated with property listings and market trends.

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Positive negotiation and convincing abilities.

- Must have a two-wheeler/bike.

- Valid driving licence is required.

- Willingness to travel for property visits and client meetings.

- Comfortable with field work and meeting clients.

- Basic knowledge of real estate and property transactions.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

- Basic computer and smartphone skills.

- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
