Position: Real Estate Advisor
We are looking for motivated individuals who are interested in building a career in real estate sales. Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Responsibilities:
- Understand and explain our real estate projects to customers.
- Generate leads through calls, social media, references and personal networking.
- Communicate with prospective buyers and investors.
- Arrange and attend property/site visits with interested clients.
- Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships.
- Assist customers throughout the sales process.
- Work towards achieving individual sales targets.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills.
- Hindi communication is required; basic English is an advantage.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Sales or real estate experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Freshers are welcome.
Compensation: This is a commission-based opportunity. There is no fixed monthly salary. Advisors earn commission based on successful property sales.
