The Role

We are seeking an experienced React JS Developer to play a key role in developing and enhancing our user-facing applications. You will be responsible for building highly responsive, scalable, and intuitive web interfaces that deliver exceptional user experiences. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute significantly to a product that will shape the future of real estate.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and maintain robust, high-performance, and scalable web applications using React.js.

· Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality code.

· Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to define and implement new features.

· Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.

· Write clean,1 well-documented, and maintainable code following best practices.

· Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to development standards.

· Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues.

· Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices2 in front-end development and React ecosystem.

· Contribute to the3 entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding, debugging, and testing.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

· Minimum of 3 years of professional experience developing web applications using React.js.





· Robust proficiency in Node JS, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.

· In-depth understanding of React.js core principles and concepts (e.g., Hooks, Context API, Redux/Zustand).

· Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX, or similar).

· Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn).

· Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.

· Experience in MongoDB, MySql

· Proficiency in version control tools, especially Git.

· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

· Excellent communication4 and interpersonal skills.5

Added Advantage (Not Mandatory but Highly Valued):

· Prior experience working on property portals, real estate platforms, or similar PropTech products.

· Understanding of real estate domain concepts, workflows, and challenges.

· Experience with other front-end frameworks (e.g., Next.js, Angular, Vue.js).

· Familiarity with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).

· Experience with responsive design principles and frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Material-UI, Tailwind CSS).

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
