About the Role

We are looking for finance professionals with solid Record-to-Report (R2R) experience from a manufacturing industry background. The role involves managing month-end close, year-end closing, statutory audits, and financial reporting while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end Record-to-Report (R2R) activities.

- Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.

- Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, provisions, and reconciliations.

- Handle General Ledger (GL) accounting and balance sheet reconciliations.

- Coordinate statutory audits and support external/internal auditors.

- Assist in year-end financial statement preparation.





- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls.

- Analyze financial data and prepare MIS reports.

- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders for smooth financial closing.

Eligibility

- CA or CMA Inter qualified.

- 410 years of relevant experience.

- Experience in manufacturing companies is mandatory.

- Strong experience in Month-End Close, Year-End Close, Audit Management, and General Ledger.

- Good understanding of accounting standards and financial reporting.

- ERP exposure (SAP preferred).

- Immediate joiners or candidates serving up to 15 days' notice will be preferred.
