Position: Quantity Surveyor

Location: Kochi City Centre

Salary scale : 7 - 10 LPA per annum An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor with at least 5 years experience to join our International tendering team and Measurement Team to work on a range of large international Commercial, Residential and Civils Construction Projects.

We have established a new office in Kochi and this is an excellent opportunity for you to fast track your professional cost Management career further as a Senior Quantity Surveyor.

Initial Projects will be International Tenders and you will be working with a Senior experienced Quantity Surveyor and our Managing Director from our offices in Kochi.

We are building a team of 20+ staff throughout this year and next year to work on a range of Tenders and international Measurement Projects using standards such as SMM7 & NRM and you will be joining this team from the start.

Preferred candidate profile

What you need for this role

- Cost Management and QS experience of 5 years plus
- Degree Civil Engineering
- Tendering Project experience
- Measurement and BOQ creation experience
- Cad Experience
- International Project experience an advantage
- Buildsoft or Cost X software experience a distinct advantage
- Excellent english skills required
- Proficient with Ms Office & Excel
