Main Function Responsibilities and Activities Communicate with the central team/external customer

- Communicate with customer regarding the product quality issues,validate and send answers to customer complaints through 8D analysis
- Maintain internal and external defects details with RCCA
- Initiation of the applicable derogation for the LEAP program

Manage the supplier defects and Quarantine area
- Decision making on the supplier defects and taking it forward to the SPM team for the further process
- Ensure RCQ has been initiated on the supplier defects
- Enusre the quarantine trakcer is up to date and well maintained Ex:Defect description,MRB tracker Etc..

Manage the corrective and preventive action process
- Ensure all the intitated NC's has been analysed and defined corrective actions are being implemented
- Ensure the analysis being carried out on timely basis Ex:QRQC,QRAP,QRQC etc..
- Ensure the effectiveness monitoring the implemented actions
- Leading the process FMEA activity

Manage the audit process
- Involve and condut the flash audit
- Ability to analyze data and take decision
- Conducting the R3P,Flash and 5S audits and report preparation
- Participating and supporting on the internal/external audit process

Manage and support to the program




- Adhere to the safe work practices and contributes to the evolution of the health,safety and environmental program and culture
- Meets regularly with customer to get the VOC (SWOT,Weak-signal,customer survey..)and share it internally
- Sponsorise the SMS approach in the production area
- Ensure the industrial robustness in order to prevent &increase; maturity to reach customer expectations
- Support quality improvement plans and coordinate KPI results&update; both internally and externally
- Internal defect analysis for resolution in coordination with production supervisor and manufacturing engineer
- Responsible for the product quality
- Promote standards &best; practices applications in order to support product conformity (FTR,QRQC,HOF,PFMEA..)
- Validate and approve the ESUPPLY during the shipment activity particularly on the LEAP program
- Validate the packing process by referring the COC,ESUPPLY Etc..

Manage the transition /introduction of new products
- Preparation of the DVI/FAI reports for the new products
- Study the customer and drawing requirement
- Knowledge on the Special processes
- Support on the APQP deliverables Ex:FMEA,Control plan Etc..
- Prepaation of the partial DVI/FAI reports (Ex:Form1,Form2 and Form3 Etc..)
- Create and manage the control plan (I.E POKA-YOKE Etc..)

Job Requirements





 At least 5-10 years of experience in documents control process or equivalent at an aerospace or equivalent industry  Produce FAI & DVI Actions and support APQP deliverables

 Quality tool application (8D,FMEA,Audits etc..)

 GB Certified

 Aerospace product (Wiring harness) and process environment

 Fluent English speaking and writing

 Good knowledge on the RCCA parameters

 Knowledge on aeronautical quality and regulatory standards (ISO9001,AS/EN9100,PART21,PART145 Etc..)
