Qualification: Diploma / B.E. – Mechanical Engineering
Experience: Minimum 2 years in Quality Engineering
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform Incoming Quality Inspection of raw materials and components.
- Conduct In-Process Quality Inspection and monitor product quality.
- Perform Layout Inspection as per engineering drawings and specifications.
- Read and understand engineering drawings and dimensions.
- Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Dial Gauge, etc.
- Ensure products meet required quality standards and specifications.
- Identify quality issues and coordinate with the concerned team for corrective actions.
- Maintain inspection reports and quality-related documents.
- Communicate effectively with production, suppliers,
and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with company quality procedures and requirements.
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of Incoming & Process Quality Inspection.
- Positive knowledge of measuring instruments.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of Layout Inspection.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Problem-solving and attention to detail.
Work location - Ponneri Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
