Role & responsibilities

- Perform testing of raw materials and packing materials as per approved specifications, STPs, pharmacopeial requirements, and SOPs.
- Perform routine chemical analysis, including assay, identification, pH, loss on drying/moisture, titration, specific gravity, and other applicable tests.
- Independently operate, maintain, and troubleshoot Auto Titrator.
- Perform routine operation, calibration, verification, and maintenance of:

- Auto Titrator

- FTIR
- UV-Visible Spectrophotometer
- Perform standardization of volumetric solutions and maintain relevant documentation.
- Accurately record analytical data in laboratory notebooks, worksheets, logbooks, and applicable electronic systems.
- Maintain laboratory instruments, glassware, equipment, and work areas in a clean and compliant condition.
- Support method verification/validation, instrument qualification,



and analytical method transfer activities, where applicable.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, GLP, ALCOA++ and applicable quality requirements

Preferred candidate profile

- Hands-on experience in raw material and packing material testing.
- Practical knowledge of Auto Titrator, FTIR, and UV-Visible Spectrophotometer.
- Positive understanding of pharmacopeial requirements, STPs, SOPs, cGMP, GLP, and ALCOA++.
- Experience in analytical documentation, instrument calibration/verification, and laboratory compliance.
- Knowledge of analytical method verification/validation and method transfer will be an advantage.
