Preferred candidate profile
- 5-7 years in software QA with a solid track record in test automation.
- Proven leadership leading and mentoring a QA team and owning quality for a product or platform.
- Hands-on automation across UI (Selenium / Playwright / Cypress), API (Postman / RestAssured), and performance (JMeter / k6).
- Demonstrated use of AI tools to accelerate and scale testing — AI test generation, self-healing suites, or LLM-assisted test design.
- Healthcare domain background: HIS / EMR / clinical systems or other regulated healthcare software.
- CI / CD, Git, and defect / test management tooling.
- High agency and ownership — able to set direction and standards with minimal oversight.
