Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented QA Analyst with 1+ year of experience in software quality assurance, preferably with exposure to SaaS products, automation processes, and AI-based quality testing.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of QA processes and testing methodologies, hands-on experience with QA tools, and an understanding of how AI and automation can be used to improve software quality and testing efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform functional, regression, integration, UI/UX, and usability testing of SaaS applications and web-based products.
- Understand business and technical requirements and convert them into detailed test scenarios and test cases.
- Identify, document, track, and verify bugs using appropriate QA/bug-tracking tools.
- Perform end-to-end testing of new features, updates, integrations, and product releases.
- Work with development and product teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Participate in and support test automation and automation processes.
- Identify repetitive testing activities that can be improved through automation.
- Perform regression testing after new releases and bug fixes.
- Test application workflows, APIs, integrations, and user journeys where required.
- Support quality assurance processes for AI-powered features, AI workflows, and AI-generated outputs.
- Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, consistency, relevance, usability, and adherence to defined requirements.
- Identify potential quality risks, edge cases, and failure scenarios in AI-based processes.
- Use AI tools where appropriate to improve testing, test-case generation, documentation, analysis, and QA efficiency.
- Maintain proper QA documentation, test reports, defect reports,



and release checklists.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve the overall QA and automation process.

Required Skills & Experience

- 1+ year of experience in QA / Software Testing.
- Experience working with SaaS products or web-based applications.
- Good understanding of manual testing and QA methodologies.
- Knowledge of test case creation, bug reporting, regression testing, and defect life cycle.
- Understanding of SDLC and STLC.
- Practical knowledge of QA and bug-tracking tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar platforms.
- Basic to intermediate understanding of test automation and automation processes.
- Understanding of API testing and web application testing is an advantage.
- Exposure to AI quality processes, AI testing, or AI-powered applications will be preferred.
- Ability to evaluate AI-generated results and identify accuracy, consistency, and quality issues.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with automation testing tools/frameworks.
- Knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman.
- Basic understanding of SQL/database testing.
- Experience testing SaaS platforms and third-party integrations.
- Experience working with AI tools or AI-based applications.
- Understanding of AI-assisted QA and testing workflows.
- Knowledge of CI/CD or software release processes will be an advantage.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
