Role Description The Quality Analyst role at AYMRK Media Private Limited is a full time, on-site position based in Chennai. This role is responsible for monitoring, reviewing, and validating the quality of advertising campaigns, digital display content, and associated processes to ensure adherence to company standards.

The Quality

Analyst will perform regular audits of data, systems, and workflows, identify deviations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions. Daily tasks include documenting quality findings, preparing reports, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and client requirements. The role also involves communicating quality insights to stakeholders and contributing to the refinement of quality frameworks and best practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Quality Assurance and Quality Control skills to review processes, identify defects, and ensure adherence to standards.
- Candidates should possess Quality Management skills to support the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality frameworks and procedures.




- Candidates should possess Analytical Skills to interpret data, recognize patterns, and propose data-driven recommendations.
- Candidates should possess Communication skills to clearly document findings, prepare reports, and collaborate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving.
- Experience in media, advertising, or technology-driven environments is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Business, Statistics, or a related discipline.
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai and collaborate in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
