Quality Management System

Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management Systems as per:

- ISO 9001
- ISO 3834-2
- ASME requirements
- Customer specifications
- Ensure compliance with documented procedures, SOPs, QAPs, and standards.
- Lead internal and external quality audits.
- Oversee incoming, in-process, and final inspection activities.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, codes, and standards.
- Monitor welding, fabrication, machining, painting, assembly, and testing quality activities.

Customer & Supplier Quality

- Handle major customer complaints and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Interface with customers, third-party inspectors, and regulatory bodies.

Process Improvement

- Analyze quality metrics including rejection, rework, NCRs, COPQ, and customer complaints.
- Implement root cause analysis methodologies.
- Drive reduction in quality costs and improve process capability.




- Develop Safety Culture.
- Support Housekeeping and cleaning initiatives in workshop.

Team Leadership

- Lead and mentor QA/QC engineers.
- Develop competency improvement and training programs.
- Ensure robust quality culture throughout the organization.

Compliance & Risk Management

- Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance – Form 10 & 11.
- Maintain calibration systems, traceability, and documentation control.

In addition to the above you shall be taking up all tasks assigned by your superior for exigencies & urgent Sudden Requirements. Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
