ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented QA Tester – Fresher to join our Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of software testing, strong analytical skills, and a willingness to learn manual testing processes.

You will work closely with developers and team members to identify bugs, validate software functionality, and help ensure high-quality applications.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Understand project requirements and software functionality.
- Prepare and execute test cases and test scenarios.
- Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications.
- Identify, document, and report bugs and software defects.
- Perform functional, regression, and smoke testing.
- Retest resolved bugs and verify fixes.
- Collaborate with developers to identify and resolve issues.
- Maintain testing documentation and reports.
- Learn and follow software testing processes and best practices.
- Support the QA team in delivering reliable and high-quality software.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

- Freshers with a degree or relevant educational background in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, or a related field.




- Basic understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
- Knowledge of manual testing concepts and testing methodologies.
- Basic understanding of test cases, test scenarios, and bug reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Valuable attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn new testing tools and technologies.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work full-time from our Surat office.
