Role Description This is a full time remote role for a Quality Assurance Automation Engineer. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks and scripts to ensure the reliability and performance of software solutions supporting ONG LADOO’s programs.

The Quality Assurance Automation

Engineer will create and execute test cases, perform manual and automated testing, identify and document defects, and collaborate with developers and product stakeholders to resolve issues. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing requirements and specifications, ensuring test coverage, participating in release planning,



and continuously improving QA processes and tools to support high-quality, mission-critical applications.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Quality Assurance and Software Testing skills, with experience implementing QA practices across the software development lifecycle.
- Candidates should possess experience in designing and executing Test Cases and conducting thorough Manual Testing for functional and regression scenarios.
- Candidates should possess QA Automation skills, including building and maintaining automated test suites and working with common automation frameworks and tools.
- Relevant experience with bug tracking systems, version control tools, and CI/CD pipelines is beneficial.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and clear written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Experience working in remote, cross-functional teams and an interest in NGO or social impact work are advantageous.
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
