Description: As a Python Developer at IWP - Indian Wedding Planners, you will develop, maintain and improve the internal software, websites, APIs, automation tools, data systems, dashboards and third-party integrations that run AMK Hospitality IPL, Indian Wedding Planners and AMK Travels: leads, clients, bookings, weddings and events, guest management and RSVP, vendors, transport, hotels, payments and reports.

Technology / Digital Operations. Reports to Management / Director / assigned Project Lead. Full-time, in-office in Jaipur. Minimum 3 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Application Development and Feature Delivery: Develop, maintain and enhance Python backend applications and modules for CRM, lead management, wedding and event planning, RSVP and guest lists, vendors, hotel bookings, transport, payment tracking, reports and dashboards; convert business requirements into practical solutions; estimate timelines and deliver on schedule.

- Backend Development, APIs and Integrations: Build secure REST APIs and backend services with Django, Django REST Framework, Flask or FastAPI; integrate WhatsApp, email, SMS, payment gateways, Google services, CRM tools, booking platforms, maps and cloud storage; and handle authentication, validation, error handling, logging and API documentation.
- Database Management and Data Accuracy: Design and optimise MySQL, PostgreSQL or MongoDB databases; keep leads, clients, guests, bookings, vendors and payments accurate and consistent; set up secure backups and recovery; and handle confidential data responsibly.
- Testing, Debugging and Quality Assurance: Write clean, modular, documented code; run unit, functional and integration tests on staging before release; debug application, performance, server and data issues; maintain a bug tracker; and follow code-review standards.
- System Maintenance, Security and Performance: Monitor performance, server health, logs and access; implement role-based access,



input validation and data protection; manage version control with Git; and support deployment and release management with hosting or cloud vendors.
- Reporting, Documentation and Team Coordination: Work with management, HR, sales, weddings, operations, travel and accounts to understand processes; document code, deployments, integrations and database structure; share daily or weekly updates; and train internal users on new features.

Required Technical Skills:

- Strong proficiency in Python, with Django, Django REST Framework, Flask or FastAPI.

- Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, authentication and third-party integrations.
- Good working knowledge of MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB or similar databases, and Git/GitHub.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript preferred; AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Docker, Linux or deployment experience is an advantage.
- Understanding of testing, debugging, logging, performance optimisation, security and data protection.
- Experience building CRM, ERP, booking, hospitality, travel, event, e-commerce or workflow systems is preferred.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or a related field preferred.

- Minimum 3 years as a Python Developer, Backend Developer or Software Developer.
- Strong problem-solving, the ability to work independently with non-technical teams, and good written and verbal communication.
- Willing to work from the Jaipur office.

Reporting and Deliverables:

- Daily or weekly task-status updates, and module-wise development and deployment status.

- Bug and issue-resolution tracker, API and integration documentation, and database and backup status.
- Monthly summary of completed work, ongoing tasks, pending requirements, system issues and recommendations.
